Blogger's Challenge Week 61

Happy Friday!

This week's challenge was to make a card using the colors more mustard, ruby red, old olive and chocolate chip. I used the new set Eastern Blooms.
Well, vacation is over and it is time to go back to the grind... School starts next week so Mom's scheduling and taxi service starts up again!
Enjoy your weekend!

Ah...school starting! It's the happiest time of the year, for parents anyway. :)

Both cards are great. Enjoy your weekend.

Nicely done. It's great to see 2 cards using the same colors and yet they look different. I prefer the one on the left.

Your cards are both beautiful. Amazing how just changing up the colors can make such a huge difference. Ahhhh! School starting. I used to be the mom throwing rose petal in front of the school bus, LOL! Enjoy your last weekend before the mayhem begins...

Both of these cards are wow. It is amazing how one set of colours, done differently, can give such a different look. Love them!

Both of your cards are great Marilyn! Love how you did the same design and just changed the placement of the colors! Beautifully done! :D

Beautiful Marilyn! I'm having Eastern Blooms envy right about now. That is a great set, and I love both your cards.

Pretty! We've been in school 2 weeks now and I'm loving the quiet but not the delivery & pick up service.

I am teacher so I don't like school starting cause I have to have a schedule again, too! Ick!

Like the simplicity of your cards!

I am so sad about school starting back up already! I think the kids should have a longer vacation, just not enough time to do what needs to be done, lol. Anyway your cards are great. How different each one looks although they are the same. Very cool.
