Blogger's Challenge - a little late

Sorry this is a little late. This week blogger's challenge is to use designer paper.. Well I have been prepping for craft fairs and have been trying to come up with a build-a-bear "kit" to sell at craft fairs.

I used plastic CD cases and lined them with the Build-a-bear designer paper. Then I used a magnetic sheet to cut out the bear and clothes. The only hitch that I found is that the magnet needs to be facing up so my bears are black bears. They are very cute... I used my scraps of designer paper to make the clothes.

I can't wait to see what everyone else has done.

This is a series of cards that I made using the Holiday Lounge paper and the Big on Christmas stamp set.

I wasn't sure that I would like this paper but I do really like the combination of colors once I started to play with it!

This is a scrapbook page that my friend Kay Wallace made with the Raspberry tart paper. She also stamped the Mahattan Flower images on the background of the brilliant blue piece.

Blogger's Challenge

Good Morning! This week's challenge was to use the colors brown and sage in an item.

I used the new stamp set Friends 24-7 with Sage and Close to Cocoa carstock. The bird is stamped with basic brown on vanilla and then stamped again with baja breeze. I cut the bird and layered onto the brown bird.

And I used the new eyelet punch along the bottom. This is my new favorite punch!!

I have been making these gift boxes that are great to put a collection of cards into. This gift set is made with the Bella Bleu designer paper. I have to say that the pictures in the catalog do not do justice to this paper. But when I saw it in person, I just love it!!

Blogger's Challenge Week 59

This week's blogger's challenge is to make two cards using the same layout. These are two sets of cards that I made in June with the Afternoon tea paper and Priceless stamp set and Berry Bliss paper with Boho Backgrounds stamp set.
