Playing around with the Play Date Rub-ons
Friday night was my monthly Bring Your Own Project Night. I had a three girls here with Moms that just loved the new Play Date rub-ons which I had just received... So they helped me out by making a couple of cards with the rub-ons... So much fun... The first card was designed by Jenny Muse
. The second card was designed by Julia Gouveia.
We all had a great time!
Check my schedule for the next Bring Your Own project night in January!!

Winter Icicle Card Kit
Winter Icicle Card Kit
Makes 16 cards with envelopes
Here is a quick and easy card kit that I put together using the Icicle Rub-ons. I love these cards. The other thing that I really like about these cards is that they are not the typical Holiday colors. They would also be great for thank you notes after the holidays.
This kit includes all of the pre-cut cardstock and supplies that you need to make 16 cards including embellishments and full instructions. If you want to keep them simple, there is no stamping required with the rub-ons. The kit is $25 for the first kit and $20 for each subsequent kit.
I am also offering a Step-it-Up Option
I used the Four the Holidays stamp set from the Holiday mini catalog to add greetings to these cards. You can also use Serene Snowflakes with silver or white ink to add more dimension to the cards. And if you really want to add more spice to your cards, you can add some Designer paper. I have a sample that I have added the Christmas Cocoa designer paper to spice up my card. So I am offering these 2 stamp sets and the Designer paper for 10% with purchase of the card kit.
- Four the Holidays ($13.95 special price $12.55)
- Serene Snowflakes ($20.95 special price $18.85)
- Christmas Cocoa Designer Paper ($11.95 special price $10.75)
This is my special so is not available through my on-line order entry. So contact me to order your kit today!

Blogger's Challenge
Well yesterday Sherill Graff from LatenightStamper's was looking for ideas for table centerpieces for a presentation at her library. So I pulled out this idea that I made last spring with the Ginger Blossom designer paper that was everyone's favorite.
I made the flowers again using the new designer paper Walk in the Park that is in the current Occasions mini catalog.
The flowers are made by layering paper punched with the scallop circle punch and the other smaller 3 flower punches. I used wire and a bed to make the center of the flower.
I can't wait to see what my friends from the blogger's challenge have done!

Creative Use for Rub-ons
I just had to post this as it is such a creative use for the Rub-ons. I can't take credit for this one. My daughter Emily (13) used our Rub-ons to decorate her case for her retainer. She also used some of the sticky gems too.
So of course all of the 13 & 14 year old girls loved it. So she then did her phone case and has had several requests from friends to decorate their cases too!
