Blogger's Challenge

This week's blogger's challenge is a sketch card.

I have been seeing lots of quilt cards lately and wanted to try one. So this is my first attempt at a quilt card. Like anything, the first time that you try it, you learn a few lessons... So it should be easier the second time!
I also used the texture plates on the background. The designer paper is from SAB. The stamp set is the new large oval set and the wide oval punch. The stamped image is layered to get the 3 colors on the image and add some dimension. I mounted this onto the tag punch and a large circle.

I will post another example over the weekend. Time to refine this technique!
Have a great weekend!
Marilyn

Love your take on this weeks sketch, and how you made this your own. That quilted look is something different too.
