Don't you always love getting new toys? And better yet - I earned my toys for FREE this month... I promoted to Manager and received a $150 product bonus. So I ordered from the new Summer Mini catalog!! Time to play!!

I used the new Designer paper Beyond the Garden with the new embossing powder in Melon Mambo. I love that SU has come out with Embossing powders that match our great summer colors - Melon Mambo, Wild Wasabi and Tangerine Tango! What great colors for the summer!
The stamped image is from the hostess set - Cute by the Inch. I used the new postage stamp punch that is in the Summer mini. Makes me think that there will be some cute postage type sets in the new IB&C in July!! Just 3 months until the new catalog is here...I couldn't decide if I liked the card better with the layer of pacific point blue under the designer strip or not. I just received my digital copy of the splitcoast newsletter today and opened it up and saw this technique profiled for this week. Funny - so this technique is called faux fabric.

wow, good for you promoting! What fun. I love your your cards with this sketch. I am surprised how many were scared away with the layout and your did two. Love them both. Congratulations on your promotion too!
